I’m so glad you’re here + am honoured to be a part of your pelvic health journey. This season, you’ll find me in my treatment room within the Imprint Pilates Studio at 204 Spadina Ave on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and 2 Fridays per month (new!) and in my treatment room within Homegrown Fitness at 1671 St Clair Ave W every other Wednesday (new!!). The schedule you see here accurately reflects my in-person availability

Virtual appointments:

I am available for virtual appointments on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you’d like to be seen virtually, please send me an email and we can take it from there (aliya@boxwellness.co).

RATE INCREASE NOTICE: To continue offering a high level of individualized care and support, my rates increased as of September 1st, 2026. This ensured that my rates remain aligned with the level of expertise, care, and service I provide, as well as remain aligned with current market rates. Initial Assessments / Re-assessments will be $195 (60min); Follow up appointments will be $150 (45min).
