I’m so glad you’re here + am honoured to be a part of your pelvic health journey. You’ll find me in my treatment room most Mondays and every Tuesday and Thursday. The schedule you see here reflects my in-person availability.

SUMMER IS HERE! I won’t be here the week of June 29th so you’ll find that my schedule for June is very full. Please use the waitlist function to add yourself to my waiting list - you will be notified when someone cancels and you’ll have the option to scoop up that appointment time! Otherwise, I have plenty of availability in July so you can book ahead :)

I am available for virtual appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays. You’ll be able to book yourself in for a virtual appointment on Wednesdays, but if you’d like to be seen on a Monday, please send me an email and we can take it from there (aliya@boxwellness.co).

RATE INCREASE NOTICE To continue offering the high level of individualized care and support, my rates will be increasing as of September 1st, 2026. This ensures that my rates remain aligned with the level of expertise, care, and service I provide, as well as current market rates. Initial Assessments / Re-assessments will be $195 (60min); Follow up appointments will be $150 (45min).
